NO RETURNS or REFUNDS!

Shipping Policy

Diamond Bar Baddies take about 3-5 days to process orders (the time between when you place the order and when it is shipped). This all depends on the amount of orders we have at the time as well as the time of year. At the end of the processing time period, you will receive a tracking number.

The shipping method we ship by is, FIRST CLASS SHIPPING with USPS (12 ounces or less). Which is 4-5 business days for orders placed in the USA. If it's OVER 12 ounces, we will ship it PRIORITY MAIL 2-3 days. 

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address. There may be delays from time to time due to reasons we aren't able to control, but we do apologize in advance. For example bad weather, holidays, etc.

Also, our packages are collected by USPS trucks and are sometimes NOT picked up at their scheduled time(s). This will result in a slight delay due to a USPS company error.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Diamond Bar Baddies does ship worldwide. As long as you are able to get regular delivery in your designated country we are able to ship to you.

PRICE: We will only ship outside the USA via Priority Mail. There is NO SET PRICE for international shipping. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Refund Policy

Diamond Bar Baddies does not accept returns for sanitary purposes. When an order has been shipped and delivered to the exact address you provided, a refund can NOT be granted.

If you realize you submitted an incorrect address, please contact us within 24-48 hours (after the order had been placed) with the correct address. After that period of time or a tracking number is received, it will unfortunately be too late to correct it. If this occurs still contact us and we will work with you to see how we can best resolve the issue. If a package is returned to us because you put the wrong address, you will have to pay for another shipping label. We will attempt to reach out to you one time via email and you will have 24 hours to reply and pay for a new label. After that time period your items will go back into inventory.
